- I started a trial but can't create more proposals — why?
- Free trials are capped at 10 proposals. Upgrade from the billing page to keep creating.
- Can I extend my free trial?
- Trials are 7 days. If you need a little more time, email us and we'll do our best to help.
- My PDF won't export on my phone — what should I do?
- Use the share/print button in Safari or Chrome to save the proposal as a PDF.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the billing page in the app and choose Manage subscription.
