1. The service
Quotivo is a software service that helps UK landscaping and driveway contractors create branded proposals, manage clients, and track quotes.
2. Demo Mode
Demo Mode is for evaluation only. It includes sample data, watermarked PDFs, and a limit of 2 proposals per session. Demo accounts expire and are not for real business use.
3. Free trial
New accounts include a 7-day free trial limited to 10 proposals. Only one trial is available per email address.
4. Paid subscription
Continued use after the trial requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, share accounts, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Your content
You own the proposals, branding and client data you create. We process this data on your behalf in line with our privacy policy.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Quotivo is not liable for any commercial decisions, pricing errors, or losses arising from the use of proposals generated via the platform. You remain responsible for checking every quote before it is sent to a client.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
