Scope of work
Removal of existing concrete patio (approx. 28m²) and disposal off site. Excavation to 150mm depth, supply and compaction of MOT Type 1 sub-base, and laying of Raj Green Indian sandstone on a full mortar bed. Joints pointed with brush-in compound. Single stone step formed between patio and lawn.
Inclusions
- All materials: sandstone, aggregate, mortar, pointing compound
- Skip hire and removal of all spoil
- Three skilled operatives for the duration of the works
- Site clean-down on completion
Exclusions
- Drainage alterations or new soakaway
- Garden lighting and electrical works
- Planting, turfing or border re-instatement
Payment terms
25% deposit on acceptance · 50% on day one of works · 25% on completion.
